A small text generator does not shrink your font. Unicode contains superscript and subscript characters designed for footnotes and chemistry, and this tool borrows them as an alphabet — which is why the result stays small after you paste it somewhere that controls its own type size.
Why some letters stay full size
Superscript and subscript were added as specific disciplines needed them, not as complete alphabets. Nobody was building a tiny font; they were adding the characters mathematics and phonetics required.
Superscript is nearly complete for lowercase, missing only q. Subscript is the badly broken one — it has vowels and a handful of consonants, because that is what chemistry used, and most consonants simply do not exist. Small caps comes from the phonetic alphabet and is missing a few.
Where a letter has no small form it stays full size. No generator can fix that; the characters are not there to use.
Choosing a style that works
Pick based on what you are actually writing, not on a sample. If your text is short or vowel-heavy, subscript may be fine. If it contains most consonants, it will not be — use superscript or small caps.
Small caps is the most reliable for full sentences. It is larger than superscript, but complete enough to look deliberate and readable at bio sizes, which superscript often is not.
